Foundation Training
How does it work?
Foundation Training is a corrective movement program created by Dr. Eric Goodman to address the leading sources of pain in the body. Through a series of body-weight movements and static postures, we teach the body to realign, decompress, build strength to create a sense of lasting ease in the body. Some like to describe it as the user manual to the body you always wish you had— creating a deep sense body awareness and control which ultimately helps you troubleshoot pain signals and prevent future injury.
Who is it for?
This practice is accessible and relevant to everyone. If you have a body, you can benefit from Foundation Training.
